How do you scope a custom software project?
We start with a requirements session where we map your current process, pain points and ideal flow. We then produce a scope document with architecture, timeline and fixed price. You approve the scope before any code is written.
How long does it take?
It depends on complexity. A simple internal tool might take 2-4 weeks. A full web app with multiple integrations might take 2-3 months. We give you a timeline in the scope document.
What if I need changes after we start?
We build in phases, so you see working software early and can adjust. Changes within scope are handled in the next phase. Changes outside scope are quoted separately.
Do you maintain the software after delivery?
Yes - see our Hosting & Support service. We offer ongoing maintenance, updates and support. Or you can hand it to your own team. The code is yours.
What tech stack do you use?
We pick the stack that fits your problem. Common choices include Node.js/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, Astro, Next.js, React Native, Supabase and PostgreSQL. We do not have a fixed stack - we have a fit-for-purpose approach.
What do I own at the end?
